Use this guide to support your work as a responsible pharmacist (RP). There’s information on what being an RP involves, requirements of the RP notice and pharmacy records, absences and information on which activities require an RP.

It can also be used by superintendents, pharmacy owners, pharmacy teams working with RPs or those who are interested in finding out more about the role.

Please note: This guide will be updated when the new RP rules come into force.
