Alan joined the RPS from The Film and Television Charity, where he served as the Director of Finance & Operations, leading finance, HR, IT, legal, facilities, risk and governance, acting as a key strategic partner to the CEO and Board.

He has more than 30 years’ strategic finance and operations experience across commercial and non-profit organisations, including Director of Finance & Business Services at BBC Media Action, leading global finance and technology teams in 25 countries, and finance positions at the Chartered Insurance Institute and General Electric.
