Drug Compatibility Checker provides health professionals with access to compatibility guidance quickly and easily, supporting confident decision making at the point of care. This new tool is the only source of injectable compatibility knowledge that combines published literature from ASHP’s Injectable Drug Information with real world clinical practice reports from Palliative Care Formulary’s Syringe Driver Database.

Exclusive to MedicinesComplete, the unique tool provides essential knowledge for syringe, Y-Site, additive and solution compatibility, based on published reports from primary research and the product labelling, combined with observational evidence for the administration of drugs via a continuous subcutaneous syringe driver, contributed by members of the palliative and hospice care community.
