Directory of consultant pharmacist credentialed RPS members

Members listed below have successfully completed the RPS consultant pharmacist credentialing assessment. They are eligible to use the modified membership affix MRPharmS(Consultant) or FRPharmS(Consultant). Non-members who have successfully completed the credentialing assessment are not listed but are provided with a statement of results.  The area of practice stated is self-declared; the RPS credentials individuals' level of practice but not their specfic area of clinical expertise. It is the individual's professional responsibility to ensure their stated area of practice remains aligined to their current scope of practice.
